Being a photographer is a time consuming job. My job doesn't end at the end of a shoot. In fact, that is when the real work begins. For every hour spent behind the camera, hours more await me in front of a computer. Each photo has to be reviewed, edited, organized, and posted for the client to see. Sure, after 30 years of experience, I have an efficient system in place. None the less, being a pet photographer takes a lot of time and dedication.
One of the most common questions I am asked: "In a time where everyone has a camera in their phone, why should someone book a photography session?" Simple. When the power goes out, when a website is unavailable, so are your photos. With printed images professionally taken, and hanging on your wall, those images last a lifetime.
